What is therapy?

Counselling offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about issues that are affecting your life; anything that may be confusing, painful, difficult or uncomfortable. It is a space to explore your thoughts and feelings and consider all aspects and alternatives, making some changes, should you wish. It allows you to speak to someone who is trained to listen attentively and to be supported in a non-judgmental way.

I offer face-to-face appointments, and on-line therapy via Skype, Appear:in, Zoom, FaceTime, where appropriate.
