What is therapy?
Counselling offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about issues that are affecting your life; anything that may be confusing, painful, difficult or uncomfortable. It is a space to explore your thoughts and feelings and consider all aspects and alternatives, making some changes, should you wish. It allows you to speak to someone who is trained to listen attentively and to be supported in a non-judgmental way.
A word of warning: whilst I may have information or some resources to share with you, I am not going to tell you what to do, offer advice or personally resolve any problems.
I offer face-to-face appointments, and therapy via Skype, Facetime, email, where appropriate.
